About the Developer

Central Country Estate, Inc. has been established and was registered at the Securities and Exchange Commission on April 25, 1997. with its primary purpose to own, use, improve, develop, subdivide, sell, exchange, lease, and hold for investment or otherwise, real estate of all kinds, including buildings, houses, apartments, and other structures. Its premier project was the development of the Three Hundred (300)-hectare residential community named The Lakeshore located in Mexico, Pampanga.

The Central Country Estate, Inc. (CCEI) is the owner and Developer behind one of the most successful real estate development in the Philippines, The Lakeshore.

April 25, 1997

The CCEI was established on 25 April 1997, wherein some of its incorporators are Nobleman Properties, Inc. and Metro Pacific Corporation which is the developer of Bonifacio Global City (BGC) at Taguig City.

Vision

The Vision of CCEI is the development of a self-sufficient-work-live play-worship community that will provide luxurious living alternative to hardworking Filipinos. It is also envisioned that the development shall have to be strategically located so that it will bring the people of the North closer to their workplace in Metro Manila, Metro Clark, Metro Subic, while moving the people of Metro closer to a luxurious, quiet, and secured residential community near the city. Thus, promoting countryside living. The Lakeshore Development realized this vision.

2000

CCEI started developing The Lakeshore in 2000.

The Lakeshore

The Lakeshore is a 300-hectare horizontal development with areas dedicated for residential, recreational, institutional and commercial.

Accessible Location

Because it is situated adjacent to the North Luzon Expressway (NLEX) Interchange in Mexico, Pampanga, The Lakeshore is only 40 minutes away from Metro Manila, 15 minutes away from Clark International Airport, and 5 minutes away from major malls of the country like SM City Pampanga, Ayala Marquee Mall, Robinsons Starmills and S&R Wholesale Club.

Man-made lake

The Lakeshore has been renowned for its 12-hectare man-made lake, making it the first lake resort community in the Philippines. Beside the lake resort community in the Philippines. Lakeshore Villages

-After more than a decade, CCEI today has successfully developed 200 hectares out of the total land property of 300 hectares. Rising from the 300-hectare development are the lake, parks, chapel, commercial facilities, recreational amenities, and the twelve villages which are classified from premium to affordable property. These 12 residential villages are Lakeview, Stonegate, Stonegate Centrale, Woodbridge, Cross Creek, Westwood, Venice, The East Lake, Parklane, The Aiola East, West, and South, and a commercial strip within the Estate.
