1. The waiver of bank fees is exclusively available to buyers and homeowners whose housing loan (home loan) applications are submitted through the CCEI Bank Financing Team.
2. The waiver of bank fees does not apply to self-processed applications or applications submitted directly by buyers/homeowners to accredited and non-accredited banks (applications not facilitated by the CCEI BFT).
